The Alpha Communications / S.T.R. Model 13510 key / tool is used for installation and maintenance of many of our intercom systems and/or video-intercom systems, using the S.T.R.™ modular style door entry station(s). The 13510 key / tool is also used for installation and maintenance of the FS1000, FS1500, FSE1500, VFS1000 and VFS1500 series intercom and video-intercom stations (and others). It is also used with the 'MT' series mounting frames for door entry stations and master annunciator stations.
While not required for system operation, most specifications call for the installing contractor to provide the facility with any "special tools" required for proper system maintenance. We recommend that the installing contractor provide a model 13510 key / tool, with each modular style door station, on an intercom or video-intercom system.
