DITEK's 1F31X and AC31X surge protectors were designed with input from professional alarm system installers. Both the 1F31X and AC31X protect AC power to alarm control panels and RJ31X dialer circuits. The 1F31X is designed for use with alarm panelsthat connect directly to 120V AC power; its extra-length retention screw secures the alarm panel transformer. The AC31X is designed for use with hard wired alarm systems, where the transformer is separate from the alarm panel.
