The USB extension is designed to work with various devices such as keyboards, mice, touchscreens, interactive displays, Smartboards, and USB webcams. Ideal for commercial AV and educational (K-12) installations, this system is simple to install with no programming required. The EX-4KU can transmit HDMI signals over CAT6/6a/7 cables, reaching distances of up to 130 ft for 4K@60Hz (4:2:0) or up to 230 ft for 1080p@60Hz. Additionally, full-duplex RS-232 extension is available for installations requiring serial control. The wall plate includes two USB charging ports, offering extra convenience. The system consists of a wall plate transmitter and a box-style receiver, with power sent from the receiver to the wall plate.
