SS-Series detectors support current SK, LiteSpeed™ and SS Protocol systems. Refer to the Addressable Detector and Sounder Base Compatibility Chart or the Intelligent Control Panel SLC Wiring Manual for specific panel compatibility. Detector sensitivity is continually monitored and reported to the fire alarm control panel. The modern design and expanded color options support contemporary aesthetic demands. In addition, each detector is constructed for exceptional installation and maintenance efficiency. SS-Series thermal detectors provide cost-effective, intelligent property protection with a UL 521 listing. The SS-HEAT-ROR offers 135°F(57°C) fixed and rate-of-rise thermal detection. The SS-Series supports all Fire-Lite ES Series and Silent Knight 6000 Series addressable systems with the latest available firmware and simplifies inventory management for systems integrators that install and service both types of systems.
